After 14+ years in the fast-paced tech world, I traded in corporate life for the freedom and fulfillment of entrepreneurship. My journey hasn’t always been easy — especially as a woman in a male-dominated field — but every challenge led me here: helping female solopreneurs build businesses that are not only profitable, but purpose-driven.

At Spearhead Consulting Group, I specialize in tools and coaching that bring clarity, strategy, and momentum to your vision so you can stop spinning your wheels and start making real, measurable progress.

My business is deeply rooted in faith — I see this work as part of my Kingdom assignment, and I believe that your passions, skills, and talents were planted in you for a reason, that your gifts were meant to be given, and that the world needs the uniquely YOU way of putting them out there! I'm here to help you bring those gifts to the world through entrepreneurship.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me exploring new places (weekend getaway, anyone?), trying out new cookie recipes, or dancing around the house to a favorite playlist.

I live in Murfreesboro, TN with my beloved 15-year old pup, Teddy, who believes he’s the CEO of the house. He’s not wrong.
